OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and closes on November 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period").

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of the province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

The following are not eligible to enter:

• Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Hope Channel Canada / Seventh-day Adventist Church in Canada (the "Sponsor")

• Parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies

• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the above

• Persons residing in the same household as the above

3. How to Enter

No Purchase Necessary.

To enter, complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

1. Scan the official Contest QR code found on promotional materials or visit https://www.agentsofhope.ca/canadaday/

2. Watch the designated short promotional video

3. Correctly answer the three (3) simple questions based on the video

4. Fully complete and submit the online entry form

Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than the permitted number of times using multiple email addresses, identities, or any automated system will void all entries and result in disqualification.

4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value

There are two (2) prizes available to be won, each consisting of:

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be:

• Substituted, transferred, or exchanged

• Redeemed for cash

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about December 4, 2026 at approximately 10:00 AM ET at the Sponsor's head office in Oshawa, Ontario, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period to select two (2) potential prize winners.

Odds: The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

6. Winner Notification and Qualification

Selected potential winners will be notified by email or telephone within five (5) business days of the draw date.

To be declared an official winner, the selected entrant must:

1. Respond to the notification within seven (7) business days of the first contact attempt

2. Correctly answer, without human, mechanical, or electronic aid, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor via email or phone

If a selected entrant cannot be reached within the specified timeframe, fails the skill-testing question, or fails to comply with these rules, they will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant.

7. General Conditions

Apple Non-Affiliation This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest.

Verification All entries are subject to verification at any time. The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate.

Privacy By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of:

• Administering the Contest

• Awarding the prizes

• Future promotional communications (if the entrant has opted-in)

Technical Failures The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, or incomplete entries, or for any technical, computer, online, or network malfunctions that may prevent an individual from entering.

Right to Modify or Terminate Subject only to applicable laws, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or these Rules at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.

Governing Law: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Any litigation respecting the conduct or administration of this Contest may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario.
